Corporate Survival Systems, LLC
You Know Something Is Wrong.
The real question is: What are you going to do about it?
Whether you’re navigating a difficult or toxic workplace as an employee, or trying to keep a growing company from breaking apart as a business owner — the core problem is the same:
The environment no longer works, and no one ever gave you a practical framework to fix it.
That’s exactly why Corporate Survival Systems exists.
A library of practical books built from thirty years of real operational experience.

About the Author
I've spent more than thirty years building and optimizing the operational infrastructure of small and mid-sized organizations across multiple industries. Departments, systems, policies, teams, and processes — the complete functional architecture that decides whether a growing company scales successfully or collapses under its own momentum.
I’ve held nearly every role from entry-level through Director of Operations. I wrote the handbooks, designed the hiring systems, built the accountability structures, and spent my career closing the painful gap between how organizations should work and how they actually functioned.
These frameworks were born directly from that hands-on reality — not from theory or consulting models. My engineering background gave me a systems-first mindset, but thirty-plus years in the trenches shaped everything here.
I write practical books for owners and leaders who want to build something that lasts — and for professionals who need to navigate imperfect workplaces with clarity and strategy.
What I've Learned
Growth without structure creates instability.
Revenue can grow while the company slowly falls apart. This is a design problem with a design solution.
Culture is not atmosphere — it is systems.
It comes from clear standards, real accountability, and consistent leadership — not slogans or pizza Fridays.
Leadership requires operational authority.
If the founder is still the main firefighter, they don’t have a business — they are the business.
Employees deserve more than endurance.
Capable people in broken environments aren’t weak. They’re unsupported and need practical tools.
Clarity creates steadiness.
When you clearly understand what’s happening and why, you stop reacting and start making better decisions.
THE CORPORATE SURVIVAL SYSTEMS LIBRARY
The Corporate Survival Systems library contains five books built from more than thirty years of hands-on operational leadership in small and mid-sized companies — plus years inside the exact dynamics the employee-side books address. On the employee side: The Resentful Loyalist's Blueprint, Your Narcissistic Boss, and On Your Own Terms. On the employer side: From Owner to CEO and The Employee Handbook Blueprint. That lived experience is the authority behind this work. It's why the frameworks are specific, practical, and actually usable.
Who This Is For
For Employees
You are capable, committed, and exhausted in a way no vacation can fix. You've seen the pattern clearly — or you’re close to naming it — and you need more than validation or coping strategies.
You need a precise framework to understand the dynamics, navigate them strategically, protect yourself, and build what comes next — on your terms.
For Employers
You built something real. But as the company grew, the people side became messy — unclear accountability, difficult dynamics, and constant fire-fighting that better systems should have prevented.
You didn’t start this business to manage around problems every day. You want to lead a company that runs cleanly and retains good people.
